Terms of Service

Last updated: October 28, 2026

These terms govern your use of ITAM Portal (the "portal"). By signing in, you agree to them. If your organization has a separate agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.

Who may use the portal

The portal is for people an administrator has invited, using it on behalf of their organization. You must be authorized by that organization to act for it in the portal.

Your account

  • Keep your password, passkeys and two-factor codes to yourself.
  • Don't share your account or let anyone else sign in as you.
  • Tell your administrator right away if you think someone else has used it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • access records or parts of the portal you are not authorized to see
  • interfere with the portal's security or operation, or try to get around its limits
  • enter information that is false, or that you have no right to share
  • use the portal for anything unlawful

Information you enter

Your organization remains responsible for the information its users enter, and for having the right to share it with us. We handle it as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

Some features rely on other providers, such as Google for Google sign-in and address search. Your use of those features is also subject to that provider's terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the portal available, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may change or improve the portal's features over time.

Suspending access

We or your organization's administrator may suspend or end your access, for example if you leave the organization or break these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as stated in a separate agreement with your organization, the portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

Changes to these terms

We will update the date at the top of this page when these terms change. Continuing to use the portal after a change means you accept the new terms.
