A portal for scheduling and tracking the pickup and secure disposal of retired IT equipment.
What it does
ITAM Portal is an IT asset disposition (ITAD) portal. Our clients use it to:
- request pickups of retired computers, drives and other IT equipment from their sites
- see when a pickup is scheduled and which crew is coming
- follow each pickup through collection, audit and disposal
- keep the records of what was collected, including serial numbers and signed transfer forms
Our staff and partners use the same portal to schedule crews, record what they collect and send clients their paperwork.
Who can sign in
Access is by invitation only. An administrator adds each person by email address, and they sign in with a password, a passkey, or their Google account. Signing in with Google never creates an account: it works only for an email address an administrator has already added.
Your data
The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, including what we receive when you sign in with Google, and how we use it. Use of the portal is governed by the Terms of Service.
